Return Policy

Our Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, simply ship the merchandise back to us with the following information:

1. Your name, address, and daytime phone number
2. Date of purchase
3. Item you are seeking to return and reason
4. Transaction number from your sales receipt (if possible)

Items returned must be:
1. In a brand new condition and unused
2. Sent back within 30 days of the purchase date
3. Purchased from our e-commerce shop

Please note: At this time Ole Smoky does not process merchandise exchanges.  If merchandise was purchased from our flagship location gift shop, it may not be returned via this method.
